Hi, I’m Mags, owner of Glamour Palace Hair & Beauty 👋
Glamour Palace is coming up on 8 years old, which honestly feels mad to say out loud.
I still absolutely love what I do, but I’m also a big believer in work–life balance.
I work Tuesdays, Thursdays, most Fridays and Saturdays, and we rotate the roster so everyone gets a fair balance too — because loving your job matters, but having a life outside it matters just as much.
One of my biggest passions is educating and supporting younger team members. I love watching them grow, gain confidence, qualify, and turn into really solid hairdressers — it’s one of the best parts of running the salon.
Hair-wise… I could talk all day 🙈

Hi, I’m Nicola, I’ve been part of the Glamour Palace team for almost five years this May

I love making sure clients feel comfortable, confident, and well looked after.
Welcoming all clients through the door for a feel good experience and make sure everyone leaves feeling their best ✨

✨ Specialises in all shades of blonde from soft highlights to bold, beautiful colour transformations.
Whether it’s a colour transformation or hair extensions, im passionate about creating the perfect look for every client.

Working in the salon:
📅 Tuesday–Friday one week
📅 Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday the following week (rotating weekends)

my name is Mary and I look after all things beauty at Glamour Palace Hair & Beauty.

I have been a beauty therapist and makeup artist for over 25 years.
I cover everything from waxing, all things brows, lash lifts, facials, manicures, spray tans, make-up and ear piercing.
As a foot practitioner, I believe it’s so important to look after your feet. They support you every day, and good foot care helps prevent pain, improves comfort and supports your overall wellbeing. A little care goes a long way.

I love every aspect of beauty and love making my wonderful clients look and feel a little bit better about themselves. Beauty is also about caring and being kind to each other and supporting one another.
I work Wednesday to Saturday and offer early morning and late evening appointments.

Hi im Breda.
I’ve been hairdressing for 27 years and have spent the last 7½ years at Glamour Palace. I’m a creative stylist who loves a challenge — especially when a client comes in ready for a drastic change.

 

I love creative colour transformations and helping people step out of their comfort zone (in a good way!). I enjoy short cuts, trying new ideas, and keeping things fun and relaxed in the chair. I also love creating upstyles for big occasions — weddings, parties, or anytime someone wants to feel extra glam.

 

For me, hair should be exciting, confidence-boosting, and never boring.

With over 25 years in the hairdressing industry, ‘m passionate about creating beautiful transformations and helping clients along a healthier hair journey — including finding less processed, low-maintenance colour options.
I love finding the perfect colour and style to suit you, and I specialise in upstyling for life’s big occasions.

Colour Masters qualified and always learning - with trichology next on my list to learn more about.

Find me at Glamour Palace Hair and beauty Wednesdays & Thursdays until 7pm, and some Saturdays.

Hi, I’m Laura 👋 I work at Glamour Palace Hair & Beauty in Galway and have been in the hair industry for 22 years, with the last 5 years fully focused on specialising in curly hair. I’m passionate about enhancing natural curls, helping clients understand and love their texture, and creating beautiful blonde looks that are tailored to each person , with a fresh, modern twist.
Curls are my happy place, and I believe the right products make all the difference. I have a soft spot for up-styling and hair extensions—whether it’s glam waves, textured buns, ponytails, or adding length and volume.
My favourite part is making everyone who sits in my chair feel confident, beautiful, and special 💕✨

Hi, I’m Chloe 👋✨
I’ve been part of the Glamour Palace family for over a year now and I’ve just officially started Year 1 of the National Hairdressing Apprenticeship Programme 🎓✂️

As part of the programme, I attend GTI College one day a week on Tuesdays, where I’m building my knowledge alongside my hands-on salon experience. In the salon, I’m here Wednesday to Saturday, learning so much from all the amazing girls — I honestly pick up something new every single day! 💕

I’m so excited to grow, build my confidence, and develop my craft step by step, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. The best is definitely yet to come! 🌟💇‍♀️
